General Conditions
Application
The application has to be made online on our homepage. As soon as we have received your application, we will acknowledge receipt of your application.
The fee is for the course and the accommodation (full board). Should the course at the time of your application already be fully booked, you will be placed on an waiting list. We will inform you by mail. The application is binding. With your application you accept the application and payment conditions. An allocated place for the course is only applicable for the applicant. The management of the course is responsible for the attribution of the course places.
Terms of payment
We will send you a invoice in June which has to be paid at the latest at the end of July. A late payment may lead to the loss of the course place.
Cancellation
Your cancellation has to carried out by e-mail.
It is possible to cancel your application 8 weeks before the course.
If the participant cancels the course 8 to 6 weeks before the course, he will have to pay 50 % of the fee. A cancellation after 6 weeks or non-attendance of the course means that you will have to pay the whole sum.
Cancellation of the course by the management
For important reasons such as absence of a professor, insufficient participants or other unforeseen circumstances, the managament may cancel the course. Paid fees will be reimbursed. Claims for damages are excluded. The participants renounce any regress.
Changes in the schedules and the organisation of the course may be carried out by the management.
